RETURN POLICY 

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

For a return to be accepted, products must be unworn, except for trying on, unwashed, unused and undamaged, with all original tags and any safety devices still attached. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, inside a protective shipping box. 

 

A handling fee of ₩ 10,200 applies to each return. The fee will always be clearly displayed in the Return Merchandise Portal before you confirm your return request and will be deducted from your refund amount. 

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, once the condition of the product has been verified.  

Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
